The program was graced by the Chief Guest, Mathoora Masoom (JKAS), Director Floriculture Kashmir, who lauded the initiative and emphasized the importance of creating inclusive platforms for specially abled individuals. All participants were honored and rewarded by the Kashmir Mountain Biking Association for their inspiring participation. The event was conducted under the visionary leadership of President KMBA, Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat and Vice President, Riyaz Ahmad, who continue to champion the cause of empowering specially abled individuals through sports and community engagement.
